“薅羊毛”女孩豆豆敏锐地发现抖音极速版开始成为“羊毛爱好者”的大本营。

“以前买垃圾袋、口罩这种必需品,首选一般都是拼多多或者快手,大家都默认这两个平台上面会便宜一点,这两天发现抖音极速版比拼多多还便宜一点。”

豆豆提到的其实是抖音极速版最新推出的“9块9特价”新频道,这一频道内嵌在抖音极速版的商城中,分为4.9元专区、9.9元专区以及爆款专区,覆盖了家居日用、个护家清等日常需求量大的商品品类。

“最先在薅羊毛的群里面看到别人发的抖音极速版的商品链接,点进去是垃圾袋。”豆豆称,纸巾、口罩、垃圾袋、洗衣液是她经常比价购买的商品,这些商品的共同特点就是日常生活中的需求量非常大,她在购买之前就常常游走在多个平台上进行比较。“抖音极速版现在正好在活动期间,叠加优惠券之后,那款垃圾袋5卷价格是4.9,我顺手去拼多多上一搜,也找到了同一家店的同一件商品,5卷的标价是5.9。”

一元之差,豆豆毫不犹豫地选择了前者,这件事甚至进一步改变了她对抖音电商的印象。“之前一直觉得抖音上面卖的东西比较贵,还遇到过同一家店在快手和抖音上的商品售价都不同,抖音要高一点。因此,我很少在抖音上面买东西。”不过,在第一次购买经历之后,豆豆打开抖音商城的频率明显变高了。

经过对比,剁椒TMT确实发现了抖音极速版的9块9特价区中的店铺也在拼多多上面运营,并且部分店铺在两家平台上的价格有出入,整体来看,抖音极速版微弱的差价占据了价格之战的高地。

低价的抖音极速版会赢得消费者的认可吗?能打赢下沉市场的王者大将——拼多多吗?

电商起势离不开9块9包邮

“九块九你能买到什么?买不了鞋,买不了表,也买不了东北的花棉袄!但是在我们今天的直播间里面,只需要九块九,两个全棉枕套包邮送到您家!不仅有枕套,单人羽绒被、毛毯统统九块九包邮!”

9块9包邮俨然已不再是新鲜的线上玩法,不少电商平台都凭借9块9包邮或者类似的特价专区俘获到了第一批消费用户。

上文提到的话术就源自微信视频号的直播间,除此之外,拼多多的“9块9特卖”、京东的“券后9.9”和抖音极速版的9块9特价频道都很相似,淘宝的天天特卖和9块9包邮的模式也大同小异。

通过对比,其实不难发现这些平台的特价专区有着很多共性特点。

首先,特价专区的商品单价原本就不高。抖音极速版、拼多多的特价包邮专区中,主要以日货品为主,垃圾袋、纸巾不仅是数量最多的品类,也是销量最高的品类。在抖音极速版中,不少垃圾袋的销量都高达10W+,甚至突破了400W销售大关。淘宝、京东对服装的分类更为精细,淘宝将其划分为女装和男装。从整体的商品品类来看,淘宝、京东这类传统电商多以袜子、内裤、饰品为主。

其次,特价专区入驻的商家门槛并不高。抖音极速版的9块9特价频道的招商规则表明,从官方旗舰店到个体店均可参加特价频道的活动,而对商家的筛选条件只有近30天的订单量不低于1500单即可,对店铺的好评率并没有做过多要求。因此,在抖音极速版的特价频道中,个体店占有不小的比例。

不仅抖音如此,其他平台的活动门槛都比较低。淘宝的天天特卖专区的招商规则显示,只要店铺等级达到三星就可以参加特卖活动,对店铺好评率的要求也不高。

降低门槛的主要目的是为了开放平台,吸引商家入驻。因为服务好下沉市场的用户就需要打通供给。目前,抖音极速版还在前期阶段,在商家数量和SKU方面明显要少于其他平台。

最后,虽然这些特价专区都以9块9包邮为噱头,但许多商品只是以9块9为起点。以抖音极速版中的一款烤肠为例,特价频道页面显示2.4元,券后0.9元,跺主点进购买页面之后发现,2.4元是单根烤肠的价格,而该烤肠一包为八根,实际付款价格远超9块9。

不过,9块9包邮的玩法的确屡试不爽。某服装店铺关注到视频号最近的9块9包邮直播间后,也随之进行了几场9块9包邮的直播。他表示,几场直播间的场观量相较以往成倍增长,“9块9包邮的特价商品其实就是一场促销,主要就是在直播间刚起的时候吸引一批消费者,达到引流的作用。”

下沉市场仍是一片蓝海,QuestMobile发布的2022下沉市场洞察报告中指出,随着移动互联网的深度普及,下沉市场用户的规模也在稳步提升。截止2022年4月,下沉市场月活跃用户6.92亿,占比高达58.4%,平台对于下沉市场的竞争也如火如荼。

亏本甩卖的9块9能不能赚钱?

“9.9包邮就算挣不到钱,至少也亏不了钱。”

一位图书出版社的店铺运营经理阿强告诉跺主,对于店铺而言,参与9.9包邮活动的商品都需要经过仔细挑选的。

以图书品类为例,参与特价包邮活动的图书通常都是公版图书,没有版权费,这就能有效降低成本。在京东“券后9.9”专区中,33.8元就能购买福尔摩斯探案全套10册图书,这就是因为福尔摩斯开放了版权,因此出版社就不必承担高昂的版权费,单件商品的成本自然就会降低。

这意味着,商家要想在特价活动中挣到钱,就需要先降低商品的生产成本。据阿强介绍,公版图书的成本可以低至五元以下。

除了公版书这种成本低的商品之外,部分店家还会根据库存量选择活动商品,通过低价活动可以带动积压商品的销售。

参加特价活动的商品不仅价格低,还包邮到家,因此物流费用对于商家而言也是一笔不小的支出。不过,一般来看,开辟线上销售渠道的品牌或者厂商都会打通物流方,也就能在快递费方面争取到一定的优惠空间。

阿强所在的出版社合作的物流是京东,一单基本在7-8元左右。一方面京东物流确实要比常见的中通、韵达费用要高一些,另一方面也是因为书籍本身的重量就不容忽视,因此也会增加快递费用。中通、韵达等物流公司的快递费用更低,阿强称,一件普通的饰品通过中通配送,快递费也不过2-3元。

相比于正价的商品,消费者对于9块9包邮的特价商品包容度要更高,退货率和售后率都明显要低。阿强认为,价格是影响消费者反馈的主要因素。“高价买入的商品就算是在包装上有一点不注意,就可能会有人要求退款或者赔偿,但是只花了9块9买来的书,就算有折损,很多人也不会在意,更鲜少有人要求退货。”

因此,整体算下来,许多参与9.9包邮的商品其实大有利润可图。不过,阿强也表示,商家当然不能依靠9.9包邮活动进行盈利,这种活动更大的意义还是在于引流。

“9.9包邮这种低价促销的噱头能快速吸引消费者的注意,提升店铺的曝光率,为店铺中的正价商品进行引流,甚至进一步促进正价商品的销售。”

除了商家而言,各大平台也都在力推9.9包邮专区,并且专区的入驻门槛其实并不高。这能看出,平台希望通过各类商家的入驻提升站内商城中品类的丰富性,同时还能用低价的策略激活消费者的活跃度,实为一举两得。

而抖音极速版在众多平台中,也有其突出优势。零售行业资深人士、百联咨询创始人庄帅对剁椒TMT表示,作为兴趣电商,抖音极速版可以通过短视频了解用户潜在的需求,借助数据和算法将商品和用户需求更精确地进行匹配,这能够有效降低商家到达消费者的路径。

而作为已经拥有6亿日活用户规模的抖音,也能为商家带来更好的曝光优势。值得注意的是,抖音选择在极速版中试水下沉市场,这一做法其实和极速版的用户特点相匹配。相对于抖音而言,抖音极速版内存更小,功能也更简洁,只保留了观看功能,既不能直播也不能发布视频,更没有电商的入口。除此之外,抖音极速版最初重推刷视频赚金币的功能,因此,极速版的用户更具下沉的特点,9块9包邮频道对这些用户的吸引力度也会更大。

9块9包邮的未来在何方?

“9.9包邮活动其实只是第一步,如何让这些消费者真正实现复购行为才是这种促销活动最想要达成的目的。”

阿强认为,除了以饰品、生活用品这类单价较低的商品为主营业务的商家之外,多数商家都无法依靠9.9包邮的特价活动实现业务的长线发展。“毕竟,这种促销活动的盈利空间还是十分有限的,同时这种活动的运营成本并不低。因为,商家如果想进一步增加曝光就得购买流量投流,这就会是一笔不小的支出。”

除了商家之外,平台也会为活动推动大量的免费流量进行助力。以视频号为例,在同一时段,视频号会优先将9.9包邮直播间推送给用户,激发内容用户的消费兴趣。不过,更大的难题在于,如何利用9.9包邮活动实现消费者留存和复购。

许多消费者对于9块9包邮的商品虽然容忍度比较高,但接受度却并不高。曾在平台9块9特价专区购买过洗衣液的肖洋跟跺主分享了他的购物经历,因为他是新用户,叠加优惠券之后,一瓶洗衣液的价格只有5.9元。但是他收到货时发现,洗衣液瓶身只有他手掌大小,里面的量还不足三分之二。“退货肯定是懒得退了,太麻烦,光是和客服battle可能就要很久。不过我自己之后肯定是不会再购买这种特价商品了,钱没省多少不说,质量是真的没有保障”

因此,对于抖音极速版而言,一元之差的优势似乎没有那么强,破局还需要进一步的探索。
