从零糖汽水到零糖酒,这届年轻人想要“无负

新一代酒品消费者正渴望微醺和低脂兼得

当代年轻人对“肥宅快乐水”的要求已经变了。从奶茶咖啡到汽水,早已让无糖、代糖的概念深入人心。不少年轻人已经习惯在冰柜里挑选时首先看一眼有无“零糖”标识,或者瞧一眼配料表里是否有“赤藓糖醇”。

如今,不仅饮料如此,酒也如此。从起泡酒到啤酒,在这个年轻人必备“早C晚A”的时代,既想要保持好身材,又渴望微醺的年轻人们,正爱上无糖的酒品。

而不少酒水品牌更是早早察觉到了这一变化,既有国外的三得利、麒麟早就推出了无糖啤酒,也有国内包括“十点一刻”、“BlueHour”和“响杯”在内的诸多低度酒品牌都推出了以赤藓糖醇代替蔗糖的无糖气泡酒。

微醺和低脂,年轻人想兼得

在“95后”乔尹的家里,冰箱里必备的不是蔬菜水果,而是各种品牌的咖啡液和各种类别的酒。

“早上上班前迅速兑一杯冰美式,为的是活过来坚持做社畜,晚上睡前慢慢喝一瓶冰啤酒或者一杯低度果酒,为的是好好休息。”毕业后,乔尹在成都一家外界印象还不错的企业做内容运营,工作节奏快,每天需要耗费大量时间精力泡在会议室,而开完会才有时间正式开始你手里的工作,所以加班是常事,“每天如果顺利的话,能在11点左右回到家,匆匆洗漱完,只想做一件事——来一口酒。”

尽管乔尹家里的酒水充足,但其实她很少喝醉,往往会在微醺时刻点到而止。“一方面是因为第二天还要继续上班所以不能喝醉,另一方面是我本身也不喜欢喝醉的感觉。”于是,乔尹在选择酒类时,往往更倾向于低度酒,“需求明确,易入口、度数低就行。”

“乔尹们”还有很多。根据《2020年轻人群酒水消费报告》显示,如今90后、95后成为酒水消费市场中唯一消费占比提升人群。低度酒一跃成为“年轻人喝的第一口酒”,同时报告中还指出女性消费人群增速显著高于男性人群。

对于“乔尹们”而言,饮酒习惯早已从“一口闷、不醉不归”的传统酒桌文化,变成为“适量饮酒、健康微醺”。

而最近,乔尹选酒时多了一个要求,“零蔗糖”。理由很简单,“包括啤酒、果酒在内的许多酒都易让人长胖。我无法再放任自己的体重上涨了,本来就过劳肥,再加上喝酒肥,实在不行。”所以,当乔尹在短视频平台刷到宣称“零糖零卡”、“使用代糖、无负担”的气泡酒和啤酒时,立即决定下单一试。

和乔尹一样,爱好健身的成锴最近也买了不少零糖的酒。“我本来挺喜欢喝酒的,但是因为在健身,饮食上要非常健康节制,所以很久没喝过酒了。”当成锴看到有健身博主推荐零糖的酒品时,便立即下单了。

有一个重要的背景是,年轻消费者对“控糖”的消费习惯已经通过此前的汽水、奶茶等饮品赛道变革培养起来——在过去几年,以元气森林为代表的一大批汽水品牌开始大打“零糖零卡零添加”的招牌,而包括可乐在内的“快乐肥宅水”都推出了零糖版本;几乎所有奶茶品牌也跟着做起了贴心的“糖量自定义”且可以选择是否换成“0卡糖”……与此同时,年轻人对赤藓糖醇、山梨醇、阿斯巴甜等代糖也不再陌生,甚至形成了一种“代糖=无负担”的印象。

小红书上许多关于无糖酒的推荐

正因此,“乔尹们”对无糖气泡酒和无醇啤酒更容易打开防备。在小红书上,已经有2000+条关于无糖气泡酒的笔记,其中大多提到“配料表干净”、“给减脂党分享!”、“健身也可以喝的0糖气泡酒”、“适合减脂期的酒鬼女孩们”……

不难看出,新一代的酒品消费者正渴望微醺和低脂兼得,而这给了不少酒水品牌新的发展空间。

从低度到零糖,想成为酒中的“元气森林”?

事实上,在零糖的故事在酒水赛道兴起之前,一大批涌入赛道的新品牌主打的是低度酒。从2019年底开始,数十个品牌相继成立,各种融资信息纷至沓来,贝瑞甜心、十点一刻、空卡等品牌频繁的出现在各个媒体平台和投资公司的行业简报上。

其中,据工商信息平台,成立于2020年的上海羽量酒业推出的低度酒品牌十点一刻先后在2020年底和2021年10月完成天使轮和Pre-A轮融资;成立于2019年9月的水果酒品牌贝瑞甜心则在2021年迅速完成了A轮、A+轮和B轮融资……

数据则更为直观——根据中研研究院发布的《2020低度酒行业市场前景及现状分析》报告,近两年中国低度酒市场的消费金额增速在50%以上。

正如“36kr”此前所写,当低度酒在独居、小酌等场景激发下,被赋予“精致”“治愈”等不同情绪,让整个低度酒赛道颇具想象力,甚至被部分市场人士视作有望跑出下一个“茅台”,这也引得诸多食品饮料巨头、新品牌纷纷入场,就连茅台也加入了混战。

但一边是看似如日中天的市场前景,一边则是同质化的造型设计和营销渠道,品牌虽多但想要突出重围并不容易。“36kr”也曾在报道中提到,相较于美国日本等国低度酒的市场占有率,国内低度酒的市场培育受限于低复购率以及线下渠道不足等影响,对于年轻人来说,尝尝鲜并不等于复购率,“很多的头部品牌,复购率只有三到四个点”。

所以不难猜测,正是在这样的处境之下,包括十点一刻、BlueHour、大于等于九和响杯在内的诸多低度酒品牌都推出了以赤藓糖醇代替蔗糖的无糖气泡预调酒等,就连一向有“小甜水”之称的锐澳RIO此前也推出了0糖产品,为了突出这一卖点,锐澳还在这款酒的瓶身上以红底白字加粗方式突出“0糖”。

显然,他们试图通过讲出“零糖”的新故事来吸引更大的用户群和资本的目光。毕竟,不少低度酒品牌的融资进展都仍然停留在2021年。其中,除了上文提及过的十点一刻和贝瑞甜心,成立于2019年的响杯目前的融资信息也停留在2021年4月,而空卡、落饮等品牌也暂未得到资本市场的青睐。

而在汽水赛道被元气森林证明过可行性的“零糖”故事,便成为了各大低度酒品牌的样板。锌刻度留意到,目前的零糖酒同质化也较为严重。

从品类来看主要集中于预调气泡酒,而从口味上来看,十点一刻主打的草莓玫瑰、柠檬生姜、樱花荔枝、白桃乌龙、威士忌等口味,响杯推出的BUF2 零糖气泡酒也是主打威士忌柠檬风味,Bluehour则主打白桃、柠檬、葡萄、西柚及茉莉金酒五种风味……

从宣传点来看,也是极度相似,既要在瓶身标明“0糖0脂”和较低的卡路里数据,也会在各大营销渠道上强调“低度酒”和“零糖无负担”。

而事实上,从电商平台的销量数据来看,目前无糖酒品的销量并不算经验:十点一刻的“泡泡怪系列”和度数稍高一点的“社死系列”目前月销量都为400件左右;大于等于九4罐装的月销量则在100件,而其他组合装的销量都并未超过50件;响杯的大部分产品月销量则为个位数……

“因为说实话溢价还是蛮高的,一般一瓶330ml的低度零糖酒价格都在10元左右,相较于普通的低度酒或者啤酒而言,性价比并不算高,所以很多人可能只是趁有活动时尝个鲜。”在乔尹尝试过几家品牌的零糖酒后,她也并未再回购,“毕竟就算没有糖分,也有热量,如果真要减脂,感觉还是得控制量。”

从快乐水到酒,零糖的“伪命题”作文还能写多久?

不可否认的是,零糖饮品的市场潜力还正值挖掘期。艾瑞咨询发布的《2022年中国零糖健康饮食市场研究报告》预计,2026年我国无糖饮料市场可达301亿元,约为2021年的一倍之多,2022—2026年CAGR为15.6%(增速相对放缓),相比前5年,属于稳定较高速发展期,该阶段下民众对无糖饮料的接纳从初期的新品尝鲜转化为日常消费。

从社交平台上的反馈来看,新一代消费者对“零糖”产品的消费习惯也逐渐度过了培养期。在小红书上,关于“零糖”的笔记已经多达3万篇,其中覆盖的产品品类从汽水到椰乳再到酸奶和蛋糕等,而关于“代糖”的笔记则多达25篇;在微博上,关于“零糖”的话题下则有38.5万的阅读。

这倒也并非中国独有的现象,据NHK报道,日本的一家健康管理企业调查发现,由于疫情期间人们居家办公增多、运动量减少,参与调查的过半上班族称在此期间体重增加。为此,日本食品市场中各类以“无糖”、“低卡路里”为卖点的新商品也应运而生,以减少人们在吃喝时的“罪恶感”。

不过,值得注意的是,大众对各种代糖的质疑声也从未断过,在微博上有不少类似“零糖饮料并不等于没有糖”、“零糖饮料可能比含糖饮料危害更大”、“零糖产品会增加患糖尿病风险”等话题讨论。

中国食品产业分析师朱丹蓬曾在接受“人民网”采访时表示,所谓零糖应该指的是零蔗糖,所以产品还是含糖,而这里的糖又分为0卡和非0卡,比如赤藓糖醇即为0卡代糖。在对消费者进行宣传时,如何界定零糖概念和描述健康作用成为一大难题。

而国家市场监督管理总局此前发布的《食品标识监督管理办法(征求意见稿)》中也明确规定,食品中不能使用“不添加”“零添加”“不含有”或类似字样。

因此,部分业内专家也表示,类似于“0糖、0脂”这种产品描述或宣传存在打擦边球的行为,并不合规。

元气森林此前曾因为“零糖”标签陷入争议

事实上,元气森林此前也曾因宣传其乳茶产品“0蔗糖、低脂肪”被推上风口浪尖,曾发布致歉表示其乳茶产品标识和宣传中没有说清楚0蔗糖与0糖的区别,容易引发误解,“乳茶有奶所以是有糖的”,并表示已对乳茶产品做了修正升级,即从(2021年)2月4日起生产的大部分乳茶和(2021年)3月18日起生产的全部乳茶,包装从原来的“0蔗糖 低脂肪”改为“低糖 低脂肪”。彼时,不少消费者直呼“还是错付了”。

即便零糖一直被质疑为“伪命题”,但从最初的气泡水到如今的低度酒,渴望迅速抢占消费者心智的品牌们仍然在努力写出新的作文,至于年轻人还愿意为这一类作文“买单”多久,就得打个问号了。
