近日,闲鱼发布《软件服务费收取政策说明》,称拟对于在平台开展高频高额交易的卖家收取软件服务费,该收费政策预计于6月6日正式生效执行。

详细来看,如果有用户当月闲鱼账户下产生的成交订单数量大于10件且累计成交金额大于10000元,那闲鱼便会针对当月超出收费门槛的成交订单,以每笔订单的实际成交额为基数收取1%服务费。

乍看,新政策确实是为解决职业卖家和二手贩子泛滥的问题而来的。

前几年,主打“让闲置流动起来”的闲鱼在外界风评颇高,在这个二手交易平台,个人卖家和个人买家各取所需,每个人都可以找到适合自己的二手物品。但当职业卖家和二手贩子大量涌入后,闲鱼开始“变味”,起码对个人卖家和买家来说,它已不再纯粹。

新政策针对的群体为高频高额交易的卖家,但外界很多声音认为“1%的服务费解决不了根本问题”。事实上,如果站在劝退职业卖家和二手贩子的角度来看,那如今的新政策与此前闲鱼开通卖家招商的操作显然是矛盾的,但是,如果将闲鱼从C2C到B2C的转变视为被动与主动选择结合下的产物,那么这个新政策便很好理解了。

困局之下

如果是闲鱼早期用户,很容易感受到闲鱼近年来的变化。前几年,闲鱼上的交易物品多数文案描述都很日常,交易物品照片也很生活化,这是个人卖家占据主流的显著特征,但如今,交易物品的文案和照片都变得异常精致,这是职业卖家占据主流的象征之一。

近一两年,不少人都有类似经历,即在淘宝点击某产品链接时会突然跳转到闲鱼平台,又或许在闲鱼看到“类似二手”的产品信息,点进去却被导流到了淘宝平台,这些商品背后站着的都是职业卖家。此外,诸如“某某场馆倒闭/清仓,用具/家具便宜出”此类文案,基本也都是职业卖家惯用的“包装技巧”。

闲鱼职业卖家究竟占到了何种比例,尚没有一个具体的数据,但一个客观事实是,过去几年在闲鱼成就造福神话的职业卖家不在少数。

知乎上有一个名为“在闲鱼上怎么赚钱”的问题,高赞回答点赞达三万,答主从开通闲鱼之前需要做哪些准备、闲鱼的货源从哪里来、如何打造爆款、如何提高闲鱼权重卖更多货四点给出了不少干货,这一回答出圈后,评论区甚至成为了职业卖家群体的经验交流区,更有不少准备发力闲鱼的小白慕名而来,拜读文章。

对职业卖家和二手贩子来说,闲鱼确实拥有足够的吸引力。首先是用户规模,今年阿里第一季度财报显示,闲鱼一季度活跃人数超过1 亿,从年龄分布层次来看,闲鱼用户非常年轻化,90后占比超过60%,95后超过36%,95后人群规模超过3300万。而这群年轻人,正是当下的主力消费群体。

其次是成本问题,一者,在传统电商平台开店卖货需要缴纳保证金,二者,在传统电商平台获取曝光和流量的成本非常高昂,但在闲鱼上,这些成本都可以大大降低。当然,最为重要的一点是,对职业卖家和二手贩子而言,闲鱼本质上就是一个“不需要资格认证”和“可以规避部分商家责任”的卖货平台。

由此来看,大量职业卖家和二手贩子涌入闲鱼,便不难理解了。但是,职业卖家和二手贩子成就自己的造福神话时,个人卖家和个人买家在闲鱼的体验却糟糕了起来,知乎上“为什么闲鱼越做越差”的问题下回答上千条,每一条几乎都是吐槽。

其中不少个人卖家表示,职业卖家涌入闲鱼后,自己的闲置转手效率直线下跌,这不难理解。站在买家的角度来看,如今在闲鱼搜索某类商品,首先跳转出来的多数都是职业卖家的商品信息,职业卖家与个人卖家比例失衡后,个人卖家即便频繁擦亮也很难提升曝光率,这也导致个人买家很难找到个人卖家。

但是,二手贩子却不会被此困扰。如今,个人卖家在闲鱼发布电子产品时,经常会碰到下面的情况,即发布后瞬间便被拍下,此类交易中虽说也有个人买家,但更多的是二手贩子,只要有人发布的产品低于他们的定价,他们便可以利用软件瞬间扫货。

如此境况下,个人卖家和个人买家的体验可想而知,这也直观反映在了闲鱼的用户规模上。易观千帆数据显示,2021年6月时闲鱼的月活用户达到1.43亿,迎来了一个巅峰值,但到了2023年1月,闲鱼月活只剩下9739万。

有人认为,如今的闲鱼更像是拼多多的翻版,这句话是有几分道理的,因为不少职业卖家出售的商品与拼多多的商品是共享货源的。但令人啼笑皆非的是,相同的商品,闲鱼上有时候反而会比拼多多更贵。

如果要在二者之间选一个平台购买新品,那很多人的票自然会投给拼多多。闲鱼虽然在2022年发布规定,要求经营性卖家发布新品时必须提供“七天无理由退货”服务,但卖家仅是通过设置“99新”便能规避这一规定,对消费者来说,应有的权益还是无法得到保障。

收取服务费的新政策发布后,舆论里不乏乐观声音,有人就在网上直言:“如果闲鱼真的能保护卖家和买家,遇事不推诿,我卖个人物品的,就是交10%的手续费我也愿意。”那么问题来了,这 1%的服务费真的能保护得了个人卖家和买家吗?

既不治标也不治本

个人卖家和个人买家的理想诉求,是职业卖家和二手贩子回到属于自己的平台,但现实是,1%的服务费,不足以劝退大部分职业卖家和二手贩子,原因也很简单,收费还是太低了。

以一万元的月销售额来计算,1%的服务费也仅有100元,如果卖家销售的商品毛利率可观,便可以忽略这个服务费的存在。闲鱼上,有一种卖家为“无货源卖家”,即把货源平台上的产品上传到闲鱼上来赚取差价,网上有人透露,这种无货源模式利润在4%至5%,由此来看,扣掉1%的服务费也无伤大雅,更重要的是,这尚且称不上高利润生意。

目前来看,1%的服务费真正打击到的,还是食物链底层的存在,即毛利极低只靠走量赚取利润的生意,比如此前在闲鱼非常火爆的卡券类商品,如出售视频平台和数字音乐平台的会员卡等。问题在于,如今闲鱼上职业卖家兜售的商品种类丰富程度不亚于主流电商平台,只将薄利多销的小商品清理出局,解决不了根本问题。

甚至反而会让买家的体验进一步恶化。闲鱼上的商品本身“非标准性”较强,价格浮动空间较大,若商家不愿意承担1%的服务费成本,大可以通过提价将其转嫁给买家。1%的比例实在太低了,即便商家转嫁成本,有时候也很难被洞察。

如果要劝退职业卖家而二手贩子,服务费比例要达到多少才算合理,其实很难平衡。在海外,Ebay抽取的服务费占比12%,在国内,此前得物服务费上涨到10%时,不少卖家转战闲鱼,由此来看,服务费比例太低可能起不到效果,太高又会劝退卖家和买家,着实是个颇为难解的问题。

除了收费太低外,收费不全面也是闲鱼新政策的一大问题。文章之前提到过,闲鱼平台上充斥着大量的二手贩子,尤其是电子产品类目,这些二手贩子也扮演着“买家”的角色,因此,不少闲鱼老用户也指出应该同时向月交易额超过一定金额的买家收取手续费,以此来遏制二手贩子和黄牛。

对于闲鱼的新政策,有人认为,这是闲鱼在职业卖家和二手贩子泛滥下的无奈之选,展开来说,既然问题难以解决,那面对严重的社区生态问题,闲鱼只能通过向职业卖家和二手贩子收服务费获取利润,来及时止损。但闲鱼是否被动,还是要打上一个问号。

此前,作为C2C交易平台,闲鱼的性质更为中立,个人卖家与买家自负风险,诸如交易问题也是通过小法庭等形式解决。当然,《电子商务法》第三十八条规定,如果二手平台上发生了诈骗,平台应该协助消费者追回款项,如果无法追回,平台虽无主观故意,但也有过失,应对消费者的损失应承担连带责任。但在中立的前提下,平台多数时候可以被划归到“无责”范畴。

一旦闲鱼对平台的交易开始收取服务费,那性质便发生了变化,就像用户质疑的一般:“你可以收费,但是在收费之后,买到假货算谁的?”在收取服务费的前提下,卖家和平台成为了实质上的利益共同体,所承担的连带责任的重量便不是过去可比的,也不是一个闲鱼小法庭便能解决的。

早在2020年的时候,闲鱼平台上职业卖家增多这一问题就被广泛吐槽,在此背景下,闲鱼时隔近三年给出了解决方案,一个几乎很难解决问题的方案,这看着并不合理,但若回顾闲鱼近两年的动作,或许便能发现问题所在。

去年,闲鱼开通了合作招商渠道,即闲鱼小铺,其中线上招商招募有手机数码卖家、卡券放心充卖家、二手车卖家、百币夺宝奖品供应商四大类,每一类卖家成为闲鱼合作卖家后,都将获得不同程度的扶持,如成为闲鱼手机数码合作卖家后,就有机会获得闲鱼手机严选频道、验证好物频道、搜索筛选等流量扶持。

将开通招商渠道、发布新品“七天无理由退货”的规定、向高频高额卖家收取服务费结合到一起来看,这其实更像一套组合拳。在新政策的声明中,闲鱼表示收取服务费是为了规范二手交易市场,提升用户体验,保障用户权益,但事实上,以上一系列动作都是与这句话背道而驰的,起码现阶段对个人卖家和买家来说如此。

如果说最初闲鱼从C2C到B2C的转变是被动的,那从这套组合拳开始,闲鱼也给出了自己的主动选择。只是,这究竟是不是一步好棋,目前仍是存疑的。
