近日,部分餐饮企业正在通过抖音直播间尝试美味配送到家业务,降低当下现金流少的压力。经猎云网测试发现,用户在餐饮直播间点击团购商品链接下单后,可以到门店自提菜品或者要求商家提供配送到家服务。“目前来看,抖音团购到家业务适合客单价200元甚至更高的餐饮品类,主打的并不是即时性的工作餐。”主营直播培训等业务的北方极光负责人小李(化名)向猎云网透露。

自去年被曝内测心动外卖时,外界已开始纷纷猜想,抖音准备好和饿了么、美团开始同台竞争,争夺外卖业务的蛋糕。但从目前的举动来看,当下抖音的团购到家业务是“错位竞争”,通过差异化入局,尚未和外卖平台形成正面交锋的局面。

目前,在抖音平台做团购到家业务的,基本属于具有社交属性的高客单价餐饮品类。

猎云网在抖音平台翻阅第一批吃螃蟹的商家时,发觉入局者为烤肉、火锅、烤羊腿等多人用餐品类,单价的范围均在200元以上。而美团和饿了么主打的则是单人用餐场景,据数据显示,美团外卖的客单价为50元左右。从商品的目标场景和用户来看,抖音和外卖平台的侧重点并不相同。

形成以上局面的原因众多,首先抖音暂未有自身的配送体系,难以支撑庞大的用户体系。其次,外卖平台早已形成“二分天下”的市场格局,抖音强硬入局瓜分市场份额,势必会投入大量的资源和金钱。所以在现有的市场基础上,切开一个细分场景入局,或是权衡之下最合适的方式。

当抖音拓宽本地生活的边界,寻找更多商业想象空间时,团购外卖能承接住抖音决战本地生活的野心吗?

“意料之中”的抖音团购到家

抖音新内测的团购到家业务,是一个意料之中的动作。

去年7月,猎云网曾报道抖音内测心动外卖业务,该外卖业务确实令不少人心动,内测阶段时不乏跃跃欲试想尝鲜的人。起初消息称,心动外卖是通过聚合模式入局,轻量化的运营方式可以在短时间内开辟外卖战场,但最终的流量还是导流给其他外卖平台,核心资产并不在抖音手中。其实当时心动外卖只是在内部小程序内测阶段,招商和运营方式都未公开对外披露,抖音也可能是还在寻找合适的落地方案。

最后心动外卖以抖音回应暂无外卖相关计划而告终。

心动外卖关停,并不意味着抖音放弃了到家场景。从整个本地生活业务来看,抖音的布局已有四年,此前据消息称,2021年抖音本地生活GMV目标为200亿。今年1月抖音给本地生活GMV定下了400亿目标,2月又将目标提升为500亿。

不断提升的目标GMV证明了抖音的决心,但这也透露了另一个信号。仅靠到店场景无法满足预期,到家场景的补齐,才能勾勒出理想的抖音本地生活蓝图。于是抖音的到家场景,换了个方式进入市场。对此抖音方面表示,抖音生活服务正在部分城市开展助力商家复苏活动,尝试为部分需求迫切的商家开放团购商品的配送服务,目前该项目还在探索阶段。

抖音团购到家可以理解为一份起送的抖音团购。

从平台下单的链路来看,在下单时和外卖平台区别为,抖音的订单价格包含打包费与配送费,且送达时间不能自定,仅能选择立即送出。

配送环节中,抖音暂无独立的配送团队,由第三方平台顺丰同城、达达等配送。猎云网发现,目前抖音团购到家配送的距离大约为10公里以内,据猎云网了解,目前商家承担的配送费价格在8-50元内。这样的配送费一定程度上,也决定了只有体量够大的商家才有机会试水抖音团购。同时参与的商家也区别了外卖平台的主要商家,利于抖音差异化竞争。

总体来说,虽然配送环节交由第三方承担,但整个下单的链路都是在站内完成的。如此便可夯实抖音在本地生活方面和用户的粘性,也能逐步渗透,进而摸索出最适合在短视频平台上完成到家场景的链路。

目前抖音团购到家仅在上海、北京等部分城市开放,随着链路成熟,也会逐步开放其他城市,

布局逐渐清晰的抖音,在团购到家业务中又有哪些天然的优势,它面临的擎肘又是什么?

团购到家的优势和擎肘

根据北方极光团队观察,抖音直播间不掌握用户地址及电话等信息,餐企自配送业务完全是基于消费者需求长出来的商业形态。有些用户在直播间下单后,主动咨询商家是否能配送到家,并配送地址和电话,要求商家当天或隔天将菜品配送到家。有商家通过直播间销售实现月流水达到100万,减轻了近期企业现金流短缺的压力。

其实从去年抖音全面发力本地生活直播以来,为餐饮企业提供了大量精准且低成本的流量曝光,这对极其缺流量的餐饮行业是一个重大的利好。毕竟抖音有6亿日活,毕竟只要有流量曝光的地方,就有生意可做。

2018年起,抖音开始尝试本地生活业务,在内部团队搭建,底层技术完善,以及小范围测试后,去年抖音正式上线团购功能。向来快速攻占市场的抖音,在上线团购功能之后,先是通过各类活动造势,吸引商家、博主为其摇旗呐喊,又在搞起补贴,刺激C端用户下单。

仅通过活动和流量吸引商家并不够,美团在本地生活成为巨头的原因之一是所涵盖的商家规模足够大。为了尽快拿下更多商家,抖音采用的一直是零抽佣模式,吸引更多商家入驻,直到今年6月起,抖音对本地生活商家收取佣金,平均费率在 3%,但抽佣后的费率仍然低于行业平均水平。

商家也十分看好抖音的流量优势,武汉一家烧烤店的老板向猎云网透露,自己在刚开店时也会拍摄视频投放同城dou+,再上架烧烤套餐吸引消费者。相比美团是主动搜索通过评分排名的模式,抖音通过短视频推广,主动吸引用户的目光,一定程度上利好新开业的商家。

小李也向猎云网表示,目前已有一些商家将抖音本地生活布局提高到公司战略高度,不只追求短期的效益,而是从更长远的角度进行组织构架调整。此外对于商家而言,团购到家业务可以吸引到更多线上顾客,可将这一业务视为拉新的“钩子”营销,而这一新业务基本不会给餐企带来新成本,却能为企业带来线上业绩增长的新机遇,因此受到不少新餐饮品牌的青睐。

由于适合做团购到家业务的商家,基本是以三五成群的消费者堂食为主的餐饮品类。在疫情反扑监管力度收紧,疫情所在地禁止堂食的情况下,对于这类商家而言,开展团购到家业务属于对冲概念,可以弥补取消堂食带来的亏损。

携着流量入场的抖音在团购摸索了一年后,用户心智也逐渐成熟。“现在我和朋友们打卡新店,都会先通过抖音、美团、大众点评三家平台对比价格后,再决定用哪个平台下单,基本很多到店的套餐抖音都比较便宜。”消费者赵帅向猎云网表示。

抖音的优势一目了然,流量是最好的背书,抽佣低吸引商家,力度大拉拢消费者。但这都是摆在明面的优势,抖音做团购到家相对的劣势在后端。

没有自己的配送团队是抖音做到家业务的最大擎肘,美团与饿了么两家外卖巨头用了近10年,才逐步建立起一个覆盖全国的即时配送团队。所以对于抖音而言,想要彻底夯实市场根基,并不是一朝一夕的事。

配送环节的薄弱,一定程度上会影响抖音团购到家在商家端渗透的速度。此外,没有庞大的配送员群体,很难完成即时配送,履约能力的不足,在用户端和商家端都会产生不利因素。值得注意的是,由于配送环节由第三方平台承接,抖音的团购到家配送过程中不支持退款,需另外联系客服处理。

由此可见,抖音做团购到家的优势更多还是集中在前端,后端供应链和履约能力较弱。但是抖音薄弱的点,才是外卖业务的关键决胜点。想要分食外卖战场,抖音才刚起步,还有很长一段路要走。

通过工具整合本地生活

抖音做团购外卖到家的优势和劣势都已经十分明显,目前薄弱的配送环节难以在短时间内提升,毕竟抖音擅长的领域不在线下。线上才是抖音的主场,于是诞生于线上的抖音选择通过线上补齐线下的短板,利用工具赋能商家。

抖音在工具平台的布局众多,其中抖音来客是专门为本地生活业务工作的。工具平台,是打通业务商业化的主要支撑点。在抖音来客整合本地生活业务之前,商家和服务商往往需要通过四个网站才能形成运营闭环。抖音来客整合功能后,仅需要一个平台便可完成整体业务的搭建。

抖音加强抖音来客的整合能力,也能反映出抖音决战本地生活的决心。

目前抖音来客主要的四大能力为:团购推广、达人带货、营销工具、精准流量。其中团购推广主要是负责商家认领多个门店,上架套餐以及到店核销。达人带货中不仅可以匹配探店博主,商家还可以指定不同的推广计划,在短视频、直播、POI等多场景进行推广。营销工具则是针对产品做的营销,推出福袋、秒杀等引流福利。精准流量则是围绕同城范围内做的小范围曝光。

换言之,抖音来客就是一站式解决商家在抖音做团购的所有需求。平台解决方案的搭建,利于提升商家的可操作性,降低了商家的入驻门槛,进而提升商家在抖音做团购的信念。

但是抖音在工具方面整合本地生活的动作不止于来客。

7月22日抖音生活服务商业观察正式发布了《抖音生活服务服务商合作指南》,明确抖音生活服务领域服务商的发展方向。服务商是能为商家提供经营解决方案和管理服务的第三方公司。所涵盖的业务包括店铺运营、流量服务、达人服务、视频创意、培训服务、直播服务等。
