“被5G”, 别生气

近日,国内三大运营商分别披露了其上半年的运营数据:截至6月30日,我国在网5G用户已经突破1亿大关。

同时,根据工信部公布的数据显示,国内5G手机出货量已超8623万部。截至6月底,国内联网5G手机的数量是6600万部。

嗯……在网5G用户1亿;联网5G手机6600万。这两个数字放在一起,有点儿意思了。

显然,相比5G手机的市场销量,5G套餐用户的飙升速度有些飘。更关键的一点是,很多5G套餐的用户们,知道自己是“5G”吗?

5G套餐很诱人?

“办了新的套餐后,在APP上查询账单才知道套内流量被转为5G了。”一位手机用户告诉懂懂笔记,自己在办理新的通信套餐业务时,套内流量在不知情的情况下被升级为5G流量,而他也成为了名副其实的5G网络用户。

或许,要不是检查自己每月套餐流量的明细,更多人还不会发觉自己已经“被5G”了。

“(运营商坐席)几乎每三天就给我打一通电话,都是推广5G套餐。”

广州美食博主姚宇苦笑道,由于经常外出拍摄美食作品并上传视频平台,自己的手机对于流量需求比较大。因此,外出拍摄时他经常会买流量叠加包。

多数情况下,他购买的都是3元1GB/天的叠加包,偶尔会买10元5GB/7天的叠加包。“是挺麻烦的,恰好接到电话(坐席)推销5G套餐,我就咨询了一下。”

尽管是一名美食博主,但他对数码和互联网也很了解,对于目前的4G网速也感觉足够使用。因此,四月初更换手机时,他依旧了选择性价比更高的4G手机。

“虽然5G手机也不贵,但我短期内不打算入手5G,咨询5G套餐也只是了解了解。”然而,客服的一番解释却让姚宇明白了——更换5G套餐不必更换手机。

客服人员告诉他,即便是4G手机也可以使用新套餐内的5G流量,只不过网络上下行速度与4G网络相当。这一番话话让姚宇有些心动,他看中的不是5G网速,而是套餐的流量,“毕竟,5G新套餐每月只贵出二十元,但流量却多了10GB。”

于是,他接受了客服推荐的5G新套餐,同时对方还承诺,每月会多送他5GB的5G流量。

出于谨慎,他在新的套餐生效之后还特意登录了运营商的APP,仔细查询了流量套餐的内容。

“我看了一下,4G手机上网使用的还真是5G套内的流量。”在姚宇看来,这样成为一名5G网络的用户,的确很实惠。

和姚宇一样用4G手机跑5G套餐流量的,还有深圳的一位上班族陈瑜(化名)。

“我经常出差,酒店网络也不是都稳定,所以经常会用4G办公。”陈瑜告诉懂懂笔记,为了避免超出自己的套餐流量(导致被额外计费),她六月份开始频繁出差后,计划升级一下套内流量更多的新套餐。

然而在致电运营商客服咨询时发现,套餐内流量多且性价比更高的,几乎都是5G套餐。有的套餐价格与当前使用的4G套餐基本持平,但套餐内流量却多了10GB。

“虽然优惠期只有半年,但半年之后费用只比4G多十几元,何乐而不为?”经过一番计算,她发现要办理的5G套餐比经常购买流量叠加包更划算,而且信号、服务也比廉价物联网卡更稳定。

为了大力推广5G通讯套餐,三大运营商降低了5G资费,而且套餐资费也远比发布当初便宜了许多。目前5G网络向下兼容4G,充沛的套内流量,也成为吸引4G手机用户主动转用5G套餐的原因之一。

但除此之外,可能还有部分4G用户“被5G”的。他们是入套了吗?

重赏之下有“勇夫”

“与其说(推5G套餐)有KPI压力,不如说是奖励很可观。”

李琦(化名)是惠州大亚湾某运营商网点的业务员。他告诉懂懂笔记,自从去年中开始三大运营商联合发布5G业务,很多一线业务员便背负起推广用户办理5G套餐的“重担”。

尤其是今年三月份,工信部发布了关于推动5G加快发展的通知,各大运营商营业网点、一线业务员推广5G套餐的考核压力更大了,“我们网点,同时也把推荐办理5G业务的奖励提高了不少。”

据李琦透露,目前很多营业网点每月都有固定的5G业务绩效要求。这些KPI指标,最终都会摊到营业网点所有的员工、业务员头上,完成不了指标,意味着业务员的绩效提成、奖金将要泡汤。

转化尽可能多的用户办理5G套餐,成了他的日常首要工作。而在绩效指标之外,达标的奖励同样可观,“完成指标后,每位用户办理5G套餐,相关业务员都可以拿到几十元奖励,5G手机合约套餐的奖励更高。”

尤其是奖励丰厚的5G手机合约套餐。一旦用户办理,并保证在网时间超过24个月,业务员通常会拿到近千元的绩效奖励,“无论是新入网的用户还是办理宽带的用户,我们都会先推5G合约套餐。”

至于网点会有怎样的收益,李琦则表示不便透露。

正是因为考核加奖励的促进,用户只要前往网点办理业务,遇到的每一位员工、业务接待人员都会不遗余力的游说、推荐办理最新5G套餐。不过,至少这是明面上的“明白账”,办了就是办了。

但是有些莫名其妙“被5G”的用户,就属于入套了。

李琦透露称,有的代理网点为了业绩甚至违规改变一些业务套餐的内容,将普通业务与5G套餐捆绑:例如办理宽带的同时赠送的手机号也办成了5G套餐,新用户入网选项“优先选择”5G流量套餐。

“为了能完成绩效,增加收入,大家都在想办法。”由于5G网络向下兼容4G,有时在推荐用户办理新的业务套餐时,业务人员会不经用户同意将4G套餐“转为”5G套餐。

尤其部分上年纪的用户,基本不会登陆APP查询套餐账单,只要能正常上网、刷刷短视频,他们根本不会在意用的是5G或4G流量,“反正用的只是4G手机,套餐价格也都差不多。”

无论通过怎样的方式,只要用户转用5G套餐,网点、业务员都可计入绩效得到相应奖励,“绩效压力大、业务奖励高,最近几月大家推荐用户办理5G套餐的积极性确实很高。”

据李琦透露,今年的五月份他的绩效奖励相比三、四月份提高了近两成。“网点周边有几个新盘陆续入伙,报装宽带用户会增加不少,接下来办理5G套餐业务的业绩有希望进一步提升。”

根据中国移动、中国电信的公开资料显示,今年二月份,中国移动5G套餐用户渗透率为1.63%,中国电信为3.25%。到了五月份,两家运营商5G套餐用户的渗透率,分别达到了5.87%、8.81%。渗透率增速如此迅猛,自然离不开网点员工“猛推”业务的功劳,至于有多少用户“被5G”,就无人知晓了。

“合伙人”力推5G套餐

在这股渗透率增长中,有一种将用户转化为5G套餐的“业务员”的有趣方式,更加耐人寻味。

“两个月前吧,有一位朋友拉我去做什么5G合作人,说是能挣外快。”

读者小李在和懂懂笔记交流时表示,当时网上出现了大量打着电信运营商名义招收“5G合伙人”的广告,还有一位好友邀请他“入群”,加入5G合伙人的兼职队伍。

经过业内人士的分析,懂懂笔记了解到所谓“5G合伙人”,指的是已经使用运营商5G手机套餐的用户,只要每邀请一位新用户加入(转用)5G套餐,即可获得一定比例的佣金奖励。

“说是奖励佣金几百元甚至上千元不等,邀请用户多还有持续的分润。”读者小李表示,5G合伙人主要推荐用户办手机合约套餐,即承诺在网的时间两年(赠5G手机)的套餐。

据邀请他“入伙”的朋友介绍,只要成功邀请一位用户办理某运营商99元套餐,即可得400元佣金奖励,推荐用户办239元套餐可得佣金1000元。而用户入门的门槛很低,只要办了合约套餐即送送5G手机。那么,如此高的佣金奖励,运营商、代理商真的赚钱吗?

“我稍微算了下,99元套餐在网两年,用户一共花费是2376元。”小李表示,运营商“赠送”的5G手机市场价格大约是1800元以内的低端机,除去支付给“5G合伙人”400元左右的佣金,运营商几乎没赚多少。

如果推荐的是月租更高的合约套餐,那么所赚取的收益也会更高。但朋友也告诉他,若想得到更高的佣金,自己必须首先是高套餐用户,“若我是最低套餐的用户,即便推荐了其它高级套餐佣金也只有400元。”

小李的这位网友正是为了赚回5G合约套餐的费用,在“佣金”的诱惑下开始发展身边的好友转用5G合约套餐。由于不喜欢这种“拉人头”的方式,他最终拒绝了朋友的“合伙人”邀请。

那么,这种5G合伙人的机制到底是否有保障机制?推广活动是否合规呢?

相关通讯业内人士告诉懂懂笔记,其实5G合伙人“拉人头”的机制,早在去年底就已经出现了。

“只是今年上半年5G推广的任务重了,所以奖励力度大,宣传面也更广。”该人士表示,用户若想赚取高额佣金,自己首先必须要办理5G合约套餐,其次再去“拉人头”办5G套餐。

据该人士了解,的确有一些用户参加了“合伙人”活动,也得到了相应的套餐推广佣金,“但这样的活动恐怕并非是运营商发起的。”

“应该基本上都是通讯代理商、渠道商在做,但你要说运营商不知情,也不太可能。”该人士透露,“拉人头”办理套餐的机制是否涉嫌违规,目前尚无定论,但起码是得到了相关运营商的默许,否则早已被取缔了。

而且,在合伙制下,即便运营商、代理商办理5G套餐的收益微薄,但也聚合了大量的5G用户,为用户后续的消费转化打下了基础。这种方式能帮助运营商抢占5G市场份额,更抵消了携号转网的潜在威胁。

5G是一条高速公路,但是公路上目前由于缺乏“杀手级”应用,近半年里行业一直陷入“运营商急用户不急”的状态当中。为了增加渗透率率,尽快收回投入的成本,运营商急于转化5G用户的心态可想而知。
