2022年,销量焦虑的车企,困在智能座舱

智能座舱已经取代传统汽车动力,成为购车决定性因素吗

汽车行业依然处在巨变之中。

2022年,如果要给汽车行业赋予一个关键词,那必然是“智能座舱”,此前被寄予厚望的自动驾驶并没有发生实质性的进展,车企们依旧在L2.5之间徘徊,为了吸引消费者,智能座舱扛起了这面大旗,成为了车企差异化的竞争点。

如今的汽车发布会,与其说是发布一款交通工具,不如说是发布智能座舱,小鹏G9发布会几乎整场都在讲智能化,其中XNGP与座舱各占一半,理想L9跟问界M7的发布会也同样,李想与余承东花了大篇幅在讲自家的智能座舱,而动力、驾驶体验等汽车原本的属性反而一笔带过。

智能座舱已经取代传统汽车动力,成为购车决定性因素吗?

据IHS调研的数据显示,中国消费者购车的关键因素中,座舱智能科技水平是仅次于安全配置的第二大指标,重要程度超过动力、价格、能耗等因素。不仅如此,不少科技公司也加入了智能座舱的竞争中。

智能座舱成为了每个车企在发布会上必讲的故事,那么我们真的需要智能座舱吗?而科技公司在这场竞争中扮演怎样的角色?

我们需要智能座舱吗?

如今的智能汽车竞争,是自动驾驶与智能座舱的竞争。自动驾驶技术门槛之高以及政策伦理问题仍需时间解决,使得绝大多数车企仍无法以自动驾驶作为核心卖点,智能座舱进而成为当前打出产品差异化的最好切入点。

根据GGII的报告,目前多屏交互、智能语音、车联网、OTA,是目前市场主流智能座舱的基本配置。座舱可以显示更多信息、更好的保障车内驾驶安全、提供车内更舒适的驾驶环境,是智能座舱的核心产品理念。

简单来说,我们一进到车内,一切能摸到和看到的,都是座舱的一部分。普通座舱与智能座舱的区别在于,普通座舱基本都是处于“待机”状态,你不下指令,它就不动,而智能座舱就是在这些静态元素上,让它们可以自我决策,通过决策自主做出反应。

就好像现在流行的“全屋智能”概念一样,通过智能家居的自我决策功能,能在你不下指令的情况下,智能判断你需不需要扫地、洗衣服、开空调,需要的情况下,自主采取行动。

然而,跟全屋智能早期的遭遇一样,目前智能座舱存在的最大争议是用户觉得自己不需要,普遍观点是:我不需要在开车的时候做太多驾驶以外的动作。

消费者产生质疑是可以理解的,这是因为目前市面上已量产汽车的智能座舱,基本上都只能算是半成品,他们也还在探索,在迭代,用户不买账也正常。

类似的质疑在手机行业也出现过。2006年,人们也讨论过:”手机需不需要智能化“这个问题,尽管这个问题现在看来完全没有必要讨论,但确实曾经存在挺大的争议。

当时反方的观点是:智能手机上丰富的软件是最明显的优势,但又有多少人会真正用到?要打发时间的话,N70有多么丰富的游戏资源;要放MP3,可以选择你喜欢的播放器软件;输入名字,P910可以手写;怕忘记时间,可以找个日程软件随时提醒。

现在再看看,时代的局限性让当时人们对智能手机的想象,仍停留在软件游戏播放MP3上,根本想不到智能手机能实现移动支付、打车、点外卖,别说普通用户了,乔布斯在2008年发布的第一款iPhone上,也仅仅只是展示了触控音乐地图等基础功能,那时候甚至连应用商店都没有。

智能座舱也是同样的道理,我们如今对智能座舱的想象,不也只是停留在普通座舱的功能延伸上,说不定10年后的人看到,也会说:“以前的人对智能座舱的理解真片面,居然认为智能座舱就只是在开车的时候玩游戏”。

因此,我们现在所说的智能座舱概念,并不只是车上的那块大屏,背后存在无限的想象空间。

智能座舱引发迭代内卷

智能座舱成为了风口,谁不做,谁就会落后,与之带来的副作用也很明显,智能座舱定义的不明确,以及车企早期的试错,让逐渐以智能座舱为产品核心的汽车产业,加快了迭代的速度。

典型的案例是理想ONE的停产,2019年12月,理想ONE启动交付,2021年,理想ONE改款,2022年,理想ONE停产,不到三年,理想ONE这条产品线经历了量产-迭代-停产,在传统燃油车领域,丰田卡罗拉已经存在56年历史,在这56年间,根据时代变化和技术发展,丰田卡罗拉也才实现了12代的产品革新。

1月20日,北汽集团副总经理刘宇直言:“智能化打破了原有的秩序。”很多原有的界限被打破,诸如汽车迭代速度被从40-50个月缩短至12-15个月的时间。

事实上,在智能化的推动下,汽车越来越像数码产品,智能汽车的这种迭代方式,更像是手机行业的节奏——年年有旗舰,月月有机皇。

与科技数码攀上关系,意味着汽车产品的更新迭代速度必须与整个科技行业同步进行,举个例子,某车企发布了一款新车,搭载高通8155芯片,第二天,高通发布新旗舰汽车芯片——高通8195,这意味着哪怕你是昨天发布的新车,也能在一夜之间变成“落后”产品。

新势力们最早的车型搭载的是高通820A这款智能座舱芯片,但随着智能座舱功能越来越复杂,这款芯片性能捉襟见肘。于是,车企们纷纷迭代高通新一代芯片产品8155,用于新的车型,一颗不够,就用两颗。

新势力们为了强化自身创新性和智能化标签,开始像智能手机一样“争首发”,借助高通智能座舱和智能辅助驾驶新一代芯片产品,强化自身创新标签。

理想L9的“奶爸座舱”刚发布不久,小鹏G9就带来了行业首创的沉浸式全场景5D体验,将三联屏、氛围灯、杜比全景声、律动座椅、空调吹风联动起来。通过迅速迭代,维持消费者对产品的新鲜感,并以此激发市场购买需求。

同时,为了跳出原有市场和定位,开拓新的市场,新势力车企也会推出新的车型。理想的产品规划里就包括L9、L8、L7、L6等几款新车型,而且发布周期集中在12个月内,堪称”下饺子”.

没有了发动机和变速箱的束缚,电动车的竞争转移到了智能化、辅助驾驶、续航等层面,发动机五年、十年都不会有变化,但是芯片、屏幕、软件迭代周期比汽车短很多。

因此,车企是焦虑的,因为他们不知道什么时候自己的产品就落后了,只能一直推新,一直迭代。反作用就是,作为消费的我们,常常有买了新车之后被背刺的感觉,因为可能一周之后,同样的价格就能买到更好的产品了。

科技公司加入竞争,图什么?

理想L9的火热程度,正好说明了现在人们的购车需求,已从传统的三大件转变成了智能座舱以及其他智能化服务。然而并不是所有车企都有决心像新势力一样破釜沉舟,疯狂进行产品迭代,以传统巨头为例,基本持续着“一年一改款、三年一大改、五年一换代”的节奏,但这显然会让其在智能座舱的竞争中落后。

有需求就有市场,除了以新势力车企外,科技行业也加入了这场智能座舱竞争,目的就是为了弥补一些传统汽车在生命周期内,座舱算力、内容、服务资源不足的短板,简单来说,就是让传统车企不用迭代,也能达到行业智能座舱的及格线。

类似的服务有OPPO 的Carlink,苹果CarPlay、华为HiCar以及百度的Carlife等等。

以Carlink为例,在接入OPPO Carlink之后,车机也可以分享手机的算力,手机的实时数据可以同步到车机上;而手机端则可以通过组件、卡片的形式带来推送服务,让汽车与手机两大超级终端实现无缝融合,带来更好的智慧座舱体验。

手机厂商做智能座舱,思路就是把用户已经建立起个性画像功能直接嵌入座舱,比如音乐、导航等,承接用户惯性,另一方面,能够把手机端发达的软件生态迁移到车机端。除此之外,手机端的用户惯性优势巨大,就像如今PC端的网站应用大部分都会优先考虑手机扫码登录。另一点则是手机端深耕多年所构建起的软件生态壁垒,优势突出。

大家或许想到了“灵魂论”的问题,但智哥认为在现阶段这个问题不算问题,智能手机初期,谷歌对一众手机产商也是这样的:想做智能手机,却没有操作系统?没关系,用我的。

智能手机的普及并不是靠iPhone,而是靠后来各大安卓厂商推出的1999元智能手机,引发了第一波换机潮,才普及了智能手机,开发者们才看到了智能手机应用的市场之大。智能座舱也是同样的道理,首先得老百姓们普遍用得起,才能大规模普及,开发者才会看到其中的蛋糕参与其中,形成良性的循环。

另一方面,与其纠结“灵魂与肉体”的问题,活下去才是当务之急,车厂已经慢慢在各个商场开自己的门店了,开始直面消费者,车厂有数据和没数据最大的变化是它越来越懂消费者要什么了,没有数据,不知道改进的方向在哪里、迭代方向在哪里。而手机厂商的核心目标就是让车厂和手机厂商共建体系,可以共同对下一代的产品改进方向和体验做大幅提升。

事实上,采用手机厂商的方案,更符合“软件定义汽车”的趋势,未来智能汽车发展到一定阶段,迭代速度必然会降低,牙膏总有挤完的那一天。这也是为什么吉利要收购魅族、蔚来要造手机,小米要造汽车的原因之一,蔚来无法保证以后的每一台车都搭载最新的芯片,但只要将手机与智能座舱互联互通,意味着用户每年只需要花一台手机的钱,就能让汽车跟上时代的步伐。

智能座舱是传统汽车产业演变为生态产业的切入口,可以衍生出各种新商业模式,而这也正是近年来科技大厂纷纷跨界汽车业的原因之一。2023年,将会有更多车企加入智能座舱的竞争中,这是一条竞争更加惨烈的赛道,因为以往被新势力嘲讽成“诺基亚”的燃油车,也能通过智能座舱实现弯道超车,可以清楚看到的是,智能化已犹如星星之火,点亮了智能汽车的整片原野。
